Job Description

Our company is a leading player in the food service industry, particularly known for delivering exceptional quality and customer satisfaction through its innovative dining concepts and franchise operations. Focusing on quality, service, and operational excellence, we have established ourselves as a preferred brand among food lovers and business partners alike. With franchises spread across several states, our commitment to consistent quality and strong customer relations has driven our continuous growth and expansion in the competitive hospitality landscape. As part of our ongoing efforts to strengthen operations and regional oversight, we are offering an exciting opportunity for the role of Regional Supervisor.

The Regional Supervisor will play a critical role in maintaining the exceptional standards of our brand by leading and coordinating all operational aspects across an assigned region. This position involves close collaboration with Regional Management and franchisees, ensuring that our company philosophy, strategy, and culture are upheld at every level. The Regional Supervisor’s responsibilities include driving sales growth, optimizing profit margins, and delivering outstanding customer service, all while ensuring compliance with product quality and sanitation standards. This role demands a proactive leader who can motivate and develop teams, enhance human resource efficiency, and foster robust relationships with retail and food service partners. Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, the incumbent will oversee territories including Utah, New Mexico, and El Paso, Texas, with a preferred base in or willingness to relocate to Denver, Colorado.

By implementing marketing and branding initiatives, the Regional Supervisor will increase sales per unit and overall profitability. They will monitor all facets of customer service, ensuring exceptional quality, adhering to HACCP protocols, and maximizing operational consistency through cost control measures. On the human resource front, this leader will train, motivate, and develop Company Chefs and Franchisees to achieve operational excellence and high morale. The role also requires regular site visits to inspect operations, interface with clients to maintain satisfaction and retention, resolve issues, and embody consistent ownership attributes that reinforce a superior customer experience.

This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills who thrives in a dynamic, multifaceted role. A background in sushi or related culinary experience is highly preferred, given the specialized nature of the cuisine and its operational requirements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines are essential. Flexibility to travel as needed and the capacity to engage effectively with individuals at all organizational levels will empower the Regional Supervisor to succeed in this pivotal role. Join us to be a part of a vibrant, innovative team dedicated to setting industry standards and delivering excellence in every aspect of our business.
