Payoneer, headquartered with operational hubs worldwide, is currently seeking a Senior Manager for Workplace Operations based in New York City. This is an on-site role requiring full-time presence five days a week, under the leadership of the Head of Global Workplace and Experiences. The position is pivotal in designing and managing work environments that are not only functional but also conducive to productivity and collaboration. The Senior Manager will oversee workplace operations across the Americas and Europe teams to ensure seamless daily functionality, optimal space utilization, employee engagement, and safety.

The role involves balancing operational efficiency with a superior employee experience. The successful candidate will lead initiatives to streamline office environments, manage strategic vendor relationships, and drive cost-effective workplace solutions. A data-driven approach is essential, utilizing advanced analytics to inform space planning and operational decisions aligned with hybrid work models. The Senior Manager will be responsible for budget management, including operational and capital expenses, along with promoting employee well-being through well-crafted workplace experiences and events.

Candidates must have extensive experience in workplace operations or facilities management within global high-tech settings, particularly in leadership roles managing multi-site or regional teams. Proficiency in advanced Excel functions, financial modeling, and executive reporting is critical. Strong interpersonal and communication skills will facilitate cross-cultural collaboration across diverse teams. A bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required.

The salary range for this role is between $124,000 and $206,000 USD annually, adjusted based on experience, education, and business needs. Additional compensation includes eligibility for health, disability, and life insurance, 401k plan participation, paid time off, sick leave, and a discretionary year-end bonus. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in facilities management, business administration, or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in workplace operations or facilities management
  • 3+ years in senior leadership role overseeing multiple sites or regions
  • Proven people management experience leading operational teams
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel with data analysis and financial modeling
  • Strong problem-solving skills and execution mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 6+ years in workplace operations or facilities management within a global high-tech environment
  • At least 3 years in a senior leadership capacity overseeing multiple sites or regions
  • Proven experience leading and developing high-performing administrative or operational teams
  • Advanced Excel capabilities including complex data analysis, financial modeling, and executive-level reporting
  • Strong execution mindset with ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate effectively across levels and cultures

Job Duties

  • Lead the office operations team, setting high standards for facilities, hospitality, and employee services
  • Optimize space using data to drive smart utilization decisions reflecting hybrid work realities
  • Manage facilities vendors to deliver high-quality, cost-effective services including cleaning, maintenance, and supplies
  • Foster a positive workplace environment by creating spaces and experiences that enhance employee engagement and well-being
  • Analyze occupancy and badge data with advanced Excel tools to inform space utilization strategies
  • Own the workplace budget including forecasting, variance analysis, and cost optimization
  • Manage the full vendor lifecycle from RFP and contract negotiation through SLA enforcement
