Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-3 years beverage experience preferred
  • familiarity with on/off premise marketing initiatives
  • prior promotion agency experience preferred
  • familiarity with local market trendsetting accounts
  • strong problem solving, time management, and organizational skills
  • skilled at multitasking with an ability to meet deadlines
  • computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Job Duties

  • Be the local point of contact for client and distributor personnel and maintain regular communication between the client and TEAM
  • meet with the client to gather information and keep updated on product and industry knowledge, report competitive market activity
  • always sell TEAM's value to the client and uncover additional opportunities to serve the client
  • attend all required client and distributor meetings
  • ensure TEAM's objectives align with client objectives
  • develop and maintain positive working relationships with key personnel from TEAM, clients, and distributors
  • spot check promotional staff at promotions to ensure TEAM quality standards
  • recruit prospective promotional staff at attended promotions
  • manage account activities to ensure proper implementation and execution of promotions and special events
  • recap promotions and communicate to local contacts weekly and monthly
  • develop monthly promotional schedules
  • communicate promotional calendars to client and distributor personnel
  • sell and confirm sampling events with targeted accounts
  • recruit, hire, and train quality promotional staff knowledgeable about products, promotions, and industry specifics
  • conduct regular monthly trainings to ensure staff knowledge
  • provide clear direction and constructive feedback to improve execution
  • communicate event standards
  • manage and monitor budget spending daily
  • track promotions and special events closely
  • motivate promotional staff to display positive attitudes and brand impressions
  • provide strong leadership to develop personnel
