We are currently seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales & Broker Manager to join our Sales team and help drive the continued development of our Foodservice and Retail businesses in the Southwest region. This pivotal role focuses on achieving consistent year-over-year sales growth by fostering strong relationships with a network of brokers. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting clear sales goals, documenting sales objectives, and developing promotional plans in partnership with these brokers. It is essential that the candidate works collaboratively to ensure these goals are met, contributing to the overall success of our business in key markets. This position is ideal for someone with a background in sales, marketing, or culinary experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering results. The role is based in Arizona or Southern California, preferably in the Phoenix or Los Angeles areas. Candidates must either currently reside in these locations or be willing to relocate to be considered.
