The company is currently seeking a seasoned professional for a leadership role within the Fever Originals team, responsible for the end-to-end production of distinctive live events and experiences. This role involves using data and insights to craft unique moments that captivate audiences and ensure consistently high production standards across multiple regions. Reporting directly to senior leadership and working closely with Regional Managers, the position oversees all production activities within assigned territories, guaranteeing seamless execution aligned with Fever’s brand identity and strategic objectives.
This leadership position requires managing multiple production teams, coordinating resources efficiently, and supervising complex event portfolios to meet the company’s creative, technical, and regulatory standards. The role includes responsibilities such as budget development and management, strategic planning, risk assessment, contract negotiation, and stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will serve as a primary point of contact for internal teams, partners, vendors, and clients, ensuring all production efforts within the region are aligned with global goals and regional market trends.
Ideal candidates will bring over 15 years of leadership experience in live events, immersive experiences, or attractions, demonstrating proven success in managing multi-market teams and large-scale event productions. Strong financial acumen, vendor management skills, and an extensive industry network are essential. Exceptional communication skills and fluency in English are required, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and strategic foresight. Job Duties
- Oversee all production activities in the assigned region, ensuring events align with company standards and brand identity
- Develop and implement production strategies with Regional and New Ventures managers
- Evaluate feasibility and potential risks for regional projects and adjust internal processes
- Develop budgets for regional productions ensuring efficient resource allocation
- Supervise planning and execution of all projects within the territory
- Manage event timelines, production schedules, and logistics from pre-production to event wrap-up
- Collaborate with technical, creative, marketing, and finance departments to ensure seamless production
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws, health and safety regulations, and industry standards
- Provide on-the-ground leadership to address technical or operational issues during production
- Lead a regional team of production managers, technical directors, and coordinators, providing mentorship and performance feedback
- Oversee vendor, supplier, and venue contract negotiations ensuring cost-effective solutions
- Represent the company in regional production meetings and negotiations
- Maintain adherence to inventory and storage processes
- Identify and assess new opportunities for live entertainment productions, venues, and partnerships
- Monitor regional entertainment trends and adjust strategies accordingly
