The position entails overseeing the operational functions of restoration projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, crew management, and adherence to strict timelines on jobs related to fire, water, mold, and flood restoration. The ideal candidate must be dependable, customer-service oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to lead teams effectively and interact with clients professionally. With salaries ranging from $110,000 to $140,000 per year, plus commission based on net profits from managed jobs and additional allowances for vehicle and fuel expenses, this role offers a competitive compensation package. Responsibilities also include ensuring staff productivity and quality operations to meet division objectives, maintaining inventory and facility upkeep, managing customer satisfaction, and enforcing compliance with health and safety standards while handling daily production management. This position requires significant travel, up to 75 percent, within the designated geographic area of California and Nevada.

Working closely with management and ownership, the successful candidate will communicate the status of small and large-loss jobs, manage multiple deadlines under pressure, and adapt to changes and professional challenges with flexibility and professionalism.
