Responsibilities also include ensuring staff productivity and quality operations to meet division objectives, maintaining inventory and facility upkeep, managing customer satisfaction, and enforcing compliance with health and safety standards while handling daily production management. This position requires significant travel, up to 75 percent, within the designated geographic area of California and Nevada.
Working closely with management and ownership, the successful candidate will communicate the status of small and large-loss jobs, manage multiple deadlines under pressure, and adapt to changes and professional challenges with flexibility and professionalism. The company requires candidates to have current IICRC certification, validated expertise with Xactimate software, and a valid driver's license. Applicants need to be prepared to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening. Job Duties
- Demonstrating sound knowledge in commercial restoration services such as fire, water, mold remediation and flood restoration
- Execute and oversee projects in a completed and established time frame, scheduling of jobs, resources, and manage crews
- Experience servicing commercial properties
- Ensures productivity and coordination of all staff to meet division goals for quality, profitable operations, and client satisfaction
- Guarantee customer’s satisfaction in all areas of restoration services performed and provides exceptional client services to efficiently resolve all customer complaints
- Managing customer and client satisfaction and representing and improving brand operations
- Overseeing all aspects of safety and health requirements and daily production management
