Job Description
Imprimus Labels & Packaging is a premier manufacturer specializing in premium pressure-sensitive labels, serving a diverse range of industries across the United States. With its commitment to operational excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction, Imprimus has established itself as a trusted partner for businesses seeking high-quality label solutions. The company fosters a culture that values continuous improvement, teamwork, and developing exceptional talent. Imprimus operates modern, state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities that leverage advanced technology and best practices to deliver superior products and services to its customers.
The Regional Operations Manager - Southwest Region position is a key executive leadership role within Imprimus Labels & Packaging. This role oversees manufacturing operations at two critical facilities located in Brea, California, and Pasadena (Houston), Texas. It requires a seasoned manufacturing professional with extensive experience in the pressure-sensitive label industry, capable of managing multiple sites while driving operational excellence, safety, quality, and profitability. The position demands approximately 50% travel, alternating between the two facilities, ensuring hands-on leadership and consistent execution of strategic and operational goals.
As a Regional Operations Manager, you will lead and mentor Plant Managers and site leadership teams to foster a high-performance culture that embraces Lean Manufacturing principles, continuous improvement initiatives, and customer-centric strategies. You will be responsible for managing plant financial performance, including budgets and capital investments, while establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure safety, quality, productivity, delivery, and profitability. Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Human Resources, and Supply Chain teams is essential to achieve business objectives and support Imprimus's growth trajectory.
This role offers an executive-level leadership opportunity with significant impact on the company’s operations and strategic direction. The successful candidate will bring a proven track record of driving improvements in manufacturing processes, delivering on-time products that meet quality standards, and exceeding customer expectations. They should have a deep understanding of flexographic printing, digital printing, converting, and finishing operations specific to the pressure-sensitive label industry. Additionally, strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills are critical for success in this high-visibility position.
Imprimus provides a competitive compensation package that includes performance-based incentives, health benefits, retirement savings, paid holidays, and paid time off. This opportunity appeals to results-driven manufacturing executives looking to influence strategic initiatives, lead high-performing teams, and contribute to the ongoing success of a dynamic and growing company.
