The Regional Operations Manager position within Nalco Water's Global High-Tech division presents a unique leadership opportunity supporting key data center and microelectronics customers. This role will collaborate closely with Corporate Account Managers and Field Sales & Service teams to drive safety, retention, growth, and value within select Data Center accounts. It is designed for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment focused on delivering premium outcomes through program performance and operational excellence. The role requires managing the execution of scopes of work, fostering a strong safety culture, promoting the use of digital tools, driving innovation and training initiatives, and building strong customer relationships.
