The company is currently seeking a Regional Operations Manager to oversee and guide branch management across multiple locations within a defined geographic area. This role is pivotal in ensuring branch development, operational efficiency, and the achievement of business objectives. As a Regional Operations Manager, the successful candidate will provide leadership, coaching, and strategic direction to Branch Operations Managers and their management teams, ensuring cohesive and productive operations. The role requires maintaining positive relationships with peers and Regional Sales Managers through effective communication and the sharing of market insights and customer information.
Key responsibilities include evaluating branch and delivery route productivity to meet and exceed customer expectations, identifying opportunities for sales growth, controlling expenses, and maintaining profitability through careful management of profit and loss statements. The Regional Operations Manager will also be responsible for formulating and recommending operational policies that enhance the company’s competitive position in the marketplace.
This position demands frequent travel to various branch locations to ensure hands-on leadership and support. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in warehouse leadership, comprehensive understanding of branch operations, and be adept at managing budgets, operational policies, and personnel. Communication skills, organizational abilities, and the capability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously are crucial attributes for success in this role.

Job Requirements
- High school/secondary school diploma or GED equivalent
- At least 4 years of prior leadership experience in a warehouse related field
- Must be available for frequent travel
- Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently
- Eligible to work within the country for which you are applying
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- At least 4 years of prior leadership experience in a warehouse related field
- Has a general knowledge of all aspects of the Branch
- Understanding of P&L
- Must be available for frequent travel
- Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently
- Eligible to work within the country for which you are applying
- Comfortable with all aspects of Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Extremely organized and demonstrates the ability to prioritize effectively
- Have excellent multitasking ability and demonstrated self-starter
- Willingness to continue to evolve and develop personal skills to meet the changing environment
- Exceptional management and leadership skills

Job Duties
- Provides guidance, leadership and coaching to Branch Operations Managers and their management team
- Maintains positive working relationships with peers and Regional Sales Managers through regular communications and sharing of customer and market information
- Regularly evaluates Branches and delivery route productivity to meet customer expectations, and initiates improvements while increasing sales and reducing expenses
- Monitors profit and loss statements of Branch operations and maintains budget and approving expenses
- Formulates and recommends operational policies and programs that maintain and improve the organization’s competitive position and profitability
- Frequent travel is required for this position
