Job Description

Lennar is one of the nation’s leading homebuilders, known for its commitment to quality, customer service, and community engagement. As a Fortune 500 company that consistently ranks among the top homebuilders in the United States, Lennar has built a strong reputation for delivering extraordinary experiences to Homeowners, Communities, and Associates alike. The company’s dedication extends beyond building quality homes to giving back to the communities where it operates and fostering a culture rich with opportunity and growth for its Associates throughout their careers. This supportive and growth-oriented environment positions Lennar as an employer of choice in the homebuilding and real estate industries.

The role of Regional Marketing Field Coordinator at Lennar is a vital position within the company’s marketing division, focusing on executing marketing strategies effectively at the divisional and community levels. The Regional Marketing Field Coordinator acts as the primary marketing resource for Sales leaders and New Home Consultants (NHCs) directly in the field. This role ensures that marketing initiatives, whether they originate at the regional or national level, are implemented in a way that is timely, efficient, and fully aligned with Lennar’s branding standards. It involves hands-on coordination and handling of marketing collateral, signage, event logistics, and digital content to support sales activities and community launches.

This position requires a dynamic individual capable of multitasking across various projects, from managing signage inventories and vendor relationships to overseeing community photography and quick move-in home promotions. The role demands exceptional organizational abilities, strong communication skills, and a solution-oriented mindset. Having experience or familiarity with digital marketing tools such as MLS, Canva, and Airtable is essential to support modern marketing execution efficiently. The coordinator will serve as the critical liaison between sales teams, operations, and marketing groups to ensure a seamless marketing execution that drives sales and enhances community engagement.

Regular travel within the assigned division or market area is a key component of this job, reflecting the on-the-ground nature of the position. It involves frequent visits to company communities, job sites, and offices, requiring physical stamina and the ability to handle responsibilities in a construction-related environment, including climbing, lifting, and working in confined spaces. Lennar's emphasis on safe working practices ensures Associates are supported in meeting these requirements.

Overall, this career opportunity at Lennar empowers candidates to build their future in a company that values personal and professional growth, offers competitive benefits, and fosters a culture of inclusion and advancement.
