Job Description
Lennar is one of the nation's leading homebuilders, recognized as a Fortune 500 company and consistently ranked among the top homebuilders in the United States. The company is dedicated to making an impactful difference by creating extraordinary experiences for its Homeowners, Communities, and Associates. Lennar achieves this by building quality homes and providing exceptional customer service. In addition to their commitment to craftsmanship and customer satisfaction, Lennar actively gives back to the communities where they work and live, fostering a culture that emphasizes opportunity and growth for their Associates throughout their careers. Lennar’s core values reflect a robust dedication to innovation, integrity, and mutual respect, making it a sought-after employer in the homebuilding sector.
The Regional Marketing Field Coordinator role at Lennar is an exciting opportunity for professionals seeking to grow within a dynamic and supportive homebuilding company. This position serves as the primary marketing partner at the divisional level, playing a critical role in supporting local community execution, New Home Consultants (NHCs), and the coordination of division and regional marketing initiatives. The coordinator ensures that all marketing efforts are executed smoothly, timely, and aligned with Lennar’s brand standards across assigned communities.
This position requires a hands-on professional who acts as a key resource for Sales leaders and NHCs out in the field. Responsibilities include fulfilling NHC requests for marketing collateral such as flyers to support sales activities in collaboration with regional teams. The coordinator also supports quick move-in homes by managing accurate signage, tracking MLS listings, and overseeing community photography. Color selection updates for both interior and exterior home designs fall under this role’s purview, along with managing and maintaining signage inventory and coordinating signage vendor activities for installations, removals, and updates.
Planning and executing on-site logistics for marketing events such as grand openings, broker events, sales promotions, and open house weekends is a critical element of this position. The coordinator is also involved in supporting national and regional campaign rollouts at the community level. In addition, the role involves managing WHC office setups, Self-Guided Tour installations and removals, and basic office systems in partnership with regional and national merchandising teams. The coordinator supports regional content teams by assisting with photography requests related to homes, models, local areas, testimonials, and lifestyle imagery.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are vital for this position, as the coordinator acts as a liaison between sales, operations, and regional marketing teams to ensure flawless execution of marketing strategies. This role includes weekly travel within the assigned division or market to various communities, requiring a candidate comfortable with multi-tasking in a construction and sales environment.
The role demands a detail-oriented person with a Bachelor of Science or Arts degree preferred, though a high school diploma or GED is required. It requires 0 to 2 years of relevant experience, particularly as a Marketing Coordinator, computer skill competencies, and proficiency with tools like Microsoft Office, MLS, Canva, and Airtable. Experience in home building, real estate, or consumer-facing industries is considered a plus.
Lennar offers a career that empowers individuals to build their future with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, competitive 401(k) with company match, paid parental leave, an education assistance program, adoption assistance, vacation, holidays, sick leave, personal days, and more. Lennar fosters an inclusive and equitable workplace that complies with all applicable federal, state, and local fair employment practices laws, inviting diversity and equal opportunity for all Associates. Joining Lennar means becoming part of a forward-thinking team dedicated to quality, innovation, and community impact.
