The Aubuchon Company is a well-established, fourth-generation family-owned business with more than 100 retail locations spread across multiple communities. This company has demonstrated a unique ability to blend the values of a "mom and pop" establishment with the competitiveness of a modern-day retailer, which has been a cornerstone of its long-standing success. Known for its distinctive approach called "The Aubuchon Difference," the company prides itself on fostering a diverse, fun, and ambitious team culture that empowers its team members. This family-oriented ethos, combined with an innovative spirit, has helped Aubuchon maintain its strong market presence and reputation as a trusted retailer. As a high-performing family company, it is committed to continuous growth and improvement, providing a supportive environment where employees can develop personally and professionally.
We are seeking a creative and energetic Regional Marketing Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is crucial in bridging the gap between regional marketing strategies and local store execution. It involves planning and promoting store-level events, creating engaging multimedia content, and building strong relationships with store teams to amplify our local brand presence. The ideal candidate thrives on community engagement, content creation, and operational execution in retail settings. Responsibilities include managing local event planning and activation, developing marketing materials, coaching store teams on social media practices, and ensuring that all marketing efforts align with our sales and traffic-driving initiatives. This hands-on role requires a multitasker who is as comfortable behind a camera as they are in a store huddle or coaching remotely. Regular regional travel is also expected, empowering the coordinator to make a measurable impact. The pay range for this position is between $20.00 and $22.00 per hour. This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated marketer who is passionate about social media, community involvement, and driving tangible marketing results within a vibrant and supportive family company.
