Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Three years experience in people leadership preferred
- Previous experience with budget preparation and managing departmental spending preferred
- Previous experience leading an inflight crew base preferred
- Two years managing leaders (supervisor level or above) preferred
- Knowledge of DOT, TSA, FAA regulations preferred
- Inflight crew qualification preferred
- Experience working with third party representation, contract negotiation and arbitration preferred
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED diploma
- Five years of experience within the aviation sector
- Three years of leadership experience
- Experience leading projects or major strategic initiatives
- Clear and professional written and oral communication
- Fluent in Microsoft Office suite
- Able to travel for company and industry meetings
- Willing to work variable hours including weekends and irregular shifts
- Available for overnight travel up to 35 percent
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test
- Must be legally eligible to work in the US
Job Duties
- Leads a team of performance supervisors across the inflight network
- Serves as the network subject matter expert on disciplinary grievance process
- Collaborates with crew relations, labor relations, and legal teams on disciplinary matters
- Works closely with inflight operational supervisors, administrators, and general managers
- Develops and oversees CBA dispute resolution and disciplinary grievance processing
- Partners with operational leaders to review disciplinary outcomes ensuring fairness
- Manages the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) program for the inflight network
- Supports crewmember engagement events and wellbeing programs
- Participates in new hire onboarding and crewmember development
- Other duties as assigned
