Job Description

Siegel Suites and Select, flagship brands of The Siegel Group, specialize in providing affordable extended-stay accommodations across the United States. These brands offer fully furnished apartments designed to meet the needs of a diverse clientele seeking both short-term and long-term housing solutions. Known for their commitment to quality service and comfortable living spaces, Siegel Suites and Select operate with a strong focus on hospitality and real estate excellence, reflecting the values and standards of their parent company, The Siegel Group.

The Regional Manager role at Siegel Suites and Select is pivotal in overseeing the smooth and efficient operations of multiple properties. This leadership position involves comprehensive management responsibilities including guest relations, front desk operations, housekeeping, maintenance, financial oversight, team building, and staff development. The Regional Manager plays a crucial role in coordinating, directing, and managing Property Managers on a daily basis to ensure profitability, exceptional guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and adherence to company standards.

This position requires a dynamic leader capable of driving results while maintaining high quality and service standards. The Regional Manager will be responsible for achieving and maintaining profit and occupancy goals by optimizing operational efficiencies and managing expenditures effectively through price shopping and negotiation. Recruiting, hiring, and training Property Managers are also key aspects of the role to build a competent and motivated team.

Beyond team management, this role includes enforcing company policies and standards across all properties, assisting in marketing efforts to uphold product quality, conducting monthly audits, and verifying security standards by spending time on-site overnight. Additionally, the Regional Manager completes competitor analysis through regular shops and reports to the Vice President of Operations, ensuring ongoing competitive positioning. The position also mandates thorough oversight of financial collections and managing past-due accounts, as well as ensuring guest satisfaction through excellent customer service, cleanliness, and prompt handling of maintenance work orders.

Physical and working conditions for this role include continuous standing and walking during shifts, bending, lifting, and carrying up to 25 pounds, constant face-to-face interaction with customers, and the ability to multitask and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. Flexibility in scheduling including nights, weekends, on-call availability, and travel is essential. The role requires compliance with brand and company uniform and hygiene policies, further emphasizing professionalism and a unified team appearance.
