Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- minimum 3 years’ experience as a property manager for a multi-site portfolio
- minimum 5 years’ experience in a supervisory role
- multi-site, multi-unit experience
- willingness to relocate
- legally able to work within state and federal guidelines

Job Duties
- Achieve and maintain profit and occupancy goals
- reduce expenditures by price shopping and negotiating
- recruit, hire, and train property managers
- enforce all company standards
- assist in marketing efforts, maintaining product quality
- conduct monthly audits on all properties
- verify security standard by spending minimum 2 overnight hours at the property
- complete minimum two competitor shops per month, completing report for VP of Operations
- ensure all collections and past dues are completed and collected
- verify guest satisfaction including great customer service, clean rooms, and timely work orders handling
