The role of Regional Maintenance Supervisor is a key leadership position within Tropicana's Maintenance Service Company, responsible for overseeing maintenance and operational functions across several multifamily properties within a designated region. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a maintenance supervisor or in a similar leadership role
- Familiarity with multi-family property maintenance operations
- Strong technical skills in various maintenance trades
- Ability to work flexible hours to address emergency repairs
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to manage budgets and track maintenance costs
- Excellent problem-solving skills
Job Qualifications
- Technical knowledge in carpentry, plumbing, appliance repair, HVAC, electrical
- Leadership skills and ability to supervise maintenance technicians
- Experience in managing multi-family property maintenance
- Ability to plan and allocate maintenance resources effectively

Job Duties
- Inspecting facilities periodically to determine problems, necessary maintenance and identify potential repairs and property maintenance projects
- Effectively manage assigned multi-family properties
- organizing, planning, and directing all activities related to maintenance, repairs, and improvements
- Support the urgent facilities’ needs of the properties that are required in daily operation by distributing efforts and managing the maintenance requests received through the property manager
- Preparing weekly maintenance on call schedules, distributing materials and allocate work accordingly
- Ensure service calls for emergency repairs are answered, follows through with specialty requests from start to finish during standard hours and occasionally non-standard hours
- Direct special projects affecting properties or equipment in Tropicana’s inventory
