The Regional Account Liaison role at BioPlus Specialty Infusion, based in Los Angeles, CA, is a field-based position designed for candidates who reside within the sales territory and are comfortable traveling approximately 50% of the time. This role primarily involves direct, hands-on engagement with clients through site visits and regular in-person meetings with healthcare providers and staff. Flexibility is key, with occasional attendance at office meetings or trainings, facilitating responsiveness to client needs and fostering strong relationships.

As a Regional Account Liaison, you will develop and execute regional sales strategies to promote the adoption and utilization of BioPlus Specialty Pharmacy’s specialty medications, with a core focus on therapeutic areas including Oncology, Dermatology, Rheumatology, and Gastroenterology. Your primary mission is to build strong relationships with healthcare providers, biologic coordinators, medical assistants, clinical teams, and pharmaceutical partners to maximize referral potential and client satisfaction.

In this role, you will leverage tools such as Salesforce and various databases to identify key accounts, document sales activities, and analyze performance data. Maintaining an organized call cycle and fostering exemplary customer service are crucial aspects of the job. Additionally, you will support specialty pharmacy activities, including providing educational resources and reimbursement guidance to clients.

You will partner with BioPlus leadership to align business objectives and maintain awareness of competitive landscape, industry trends, and potential business threats, ensuring proactive responses and sustained growth. Key responsibilities also include participation in sales meetings, conferences, training programs, and conventions, with necessary travel within the designated region.

The position offers a competitive salary range from $95,040 to $171,072, depending on factors such as geographic location, experience, education, and skill level. Job Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree required
  • Minimum six years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical, specialty pharmacy, or healthcare industries
  • Experience in Oncology, Gastroenterology, Dermatology, and/or Rheumatology highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of specialty pharmacy preferred
  • Proficient in Salesforce and database management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders

  • Attends and participates in sales meetings, conferences, training programs, conventions, and engages in necessary travel within the designated region
