The role of Regional Human Resources Manager at Uline is a high-impact, strategic position responsible for overseeing human resources functions across 15 distribution centers in the United States. This includes key hubs located in California, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Wisconsin, managing HR initiatives for over 1,300 employees. This position offers an attractive salary range from $175,000 to $225,000 per year and is based out of the Wisconsin Distribution Center located in Pleasant Prairie, WI.

In this leadership capacity, the Regional Human Resources Manager is charged with directing HR strategies that support business objectives and drive team development within the distribution network. The role involves hands-on recruitment efforts, partnering with management to identify crucial talent needs and implementing recruitment strategies to fill these roles effectively. Additionally, the manager will develop and coach an HR team dedicated to cultivating a high-performing workforce. Collaborating closely with distribution leadership, the Regional HR Manager ensures that HR processes and programs align with operational goals, enabling the company to maintain its position as an industry leader.

  • 10 plus years of HR experience, with 5 plus years in a supervisory role
  • prior recruitment experience in a distribution or warehouse setting a plus
