Job Description
Arcis Golf is a leading golf management company known for creating exceptional experiences for members and guests while fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment. With a reputation for elevating the golfing lifestyle through operational excellence and guest-centric service, Arcis Golf continually seeks talented professionals to join their team and contribute to their vision of success. They manage a portfolio of premier clubs and golf properties across the United States, including The Pinery Country Club in Parker, Colorado, and The Club at Pradera. Both clubs are esteemed for their outstanding amenities, beautiful landscapes, and commitment to quality service. Arcis Golf values team members who embody a grateful spirit, humility, and genuine respect, creating an atmosphere where individuals can thrive and excel together.
This opportunity is for a Regional General Manager position based out of The Pinery Country Club in Parker, Colorado, with oversight responsibilities for both The Pinery Country Club and The Club at Pradera. The role demands a dynamic leader who can manage multiple golf properties successfully by maintaining cost controls, driving profitability, developing and retaining talent, and delivering an exceptional guest experience aligned with Arcis Golf's philosophies. The Regional General Manager will work closely with the leadership teams at each club, providing strategic direction in marketing, business strategies, budgeting, and operational execution. This role requires someone who is not only adept at financial oversight, including annual budget preparation and monthly performance monitoring but also skilled at motivating and guiding teams to meet and exceed performance goals.
The Regional General Manager will be responsible for ensuring that each property complies with federal, state, and local regulations while maintaining high standards of preventative maintenance to protect assets. A strong emphasis is placed on superior guest service, where the manager is expected to respond promptly to requests and follow up to ensure satisfaction. The role also involves facilitating HR functions, promoting the Arcis Golf culture, and acting as a key communicator between the properties and the Regional Vice President through regular reports and updates. Arcis Golf prides itself on offering a competitive pay range from $75,000 to $225,000, coupled with a comprehensive benefits package that supports the well-being and professional growth of its team members.
Ideal candidates for this role will have significant experience in property management within the golf, hospitality, or club industries, with a preference for those possessing a four-year college degree or equivalent work experience. Tenure of 7-10 years in property management is required to ensure the candidate has the depth of understanding needed to oversee complex operations. Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills are necessary, alongside solid capabilities in accounting, marketing, and customer service. This is a pivotal leadership role that offers the chance to impact multiple high-quality golf properties positively while contributing to the larger success of Arcis Golf's portfolio. Those who thrive in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment and are passionate about delivering excellence will find this position both challenging and rewarding.
