The Regional Food Service Manager plays a pivotal role at Aramark by overseeing and driving the overall dining operations within a designated region. The manager is responsible for running the dining area where patrons place orders from a diverse menu of prepared cuisine. Financial stewardship is a critical part of the manager’s duties. The Regional Food Service Manager ensures the accurate completion and maintenance of profit and loss (P&L) statements, meets client and company financial targets, and follows Operational Excellence fundamentals to adhere to food and labor cost initiatives. They also ensure the entire team is well-trained and capable of implementing operational procedures related to production, quality, and control standards.

This position also demands hands-on involvement with physical tasks such as occasional handling, moving, pushing, and pulling of objects weighing up to 50 pounds, as well as tolerance for prolonged periods of standing. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to maintain effective collaboration with various departments to deliver a seamless food service experience. Candidates with prior supervisory experience and a bachelor’s degree or relevant practical experience are preferred, as these qualifications support the execution of the role’s diverse responsibilities.
