Job Requirements
- at least one year of supervisory experience in food service
- ability to handle physical demands including lifting up to 50 pounds and prolonged standing
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- commitment to safety and sanitation standards
- capability in financial management including profit and loss statements
- strong leadership and team development skills
- flexibility to lead daily team briefings and operational activities
Job Qualifications
- at least one year of experience in a supervisory role is required
- candidates with a bachelor's degree or relevant practical experience are preferred
- strong interpersonal skills
- creating and preserving strong client and customer connections for the advancement of mutually beneficial business relationships
- illustrating skillfulness in delivering outstanding customer service by following Aramark's approved service methodology
- proficient in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with various departments to deliver a unified food service experience to all customers
- ability to handle, move, push, and pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- ability to tolerate prolonged standing
Job Duties
