Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree in hospitality management, nutrition, or related field preferred
- minimum of five years' experience in healthcare food service management
- proven ability to manage multiple sites
- knowledge of healthcare regulatory standards
- excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- willingness to travel between sites
- ability to work independently and remotely

- supervise and support Food Service Directors
- act as relief Food Service Director when on-site
- ensure compliance with healthcare and regulatory standards
- manage budgets and payroll
- support hiring and training processes
- maintain client and customer satisfaction
- collaborate with corporate team on operational initiatives
