Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in hospitality management, nutrition, or related field preferred
  • minimum of five years' experience in healthcare food service management
  • proven ability to manage multiple sites
  • knowledge of healthcare regulatory standards
  • excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • willingness to travel between sites
  • ability to work independently and remotely

Job Duties

  • oversee food service operations across multiple healthcare facilities
  • supervise and support Food Service Directors
  • act as relief Food Service Director when on-site
  • ensure compliance with healthcare and regulatory standards
  • manage budgets and payroll
  • support hiring and training processes
  • maintain client and customer satisfaction
  • collaborate with corporate team on operational initiatives
