The Regional Food and Beverage Manager position at Encanto Golf Course offers an exciting leadership opportunity within the hospitality sector, focusing on food and beverage operations across multiple properties including Aguila and Cave Creek Golf Courses. As a Regional Food and Beverage Manager, you will lead with a professional yet personable approach, leveraging expertise in menus, wines, and cocktails to ensure flawless execution of all dining experiences. You'll oversee everything from pre-shift preparations to the detailed setup of dining rooms and bars, with an obsessive focus on cleanliness and excellence. Your leadership will not only encompass operational management but also talent development, financial planning, compliance, and strategic collaboration with both property-level and corporate teams. This role is critical in driving operational excellence and fostering partnerships based on clear communication and accountability.

You will be highly involved in evaluating operational and financial data to guide decisions that optimize performance and profitability. Together with property leadership, you will support financial planning activities including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to ensure that menu offerings and pricing structures align with strategic objectives and customer expectations. Additionally, you will act as a key liaison for maintaining compliance with company and industry standards, optimizing procurement processes, and maximizing the benefits of corporate partnerships.

This position requires extensive regional and remote travel between locations, demanding a flexible and energetic leader willing to engage directly with teams across all facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Arts degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of five years in related food and beverage management roles. Physical stamina and the ability to work varied schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays are also essential. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of arts degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of five years of related experience and or training
  • Extensive and frequent regional and remote travel is required, often with limited notice
  • Extended multi-day trips may be necessary
  • Ability to frequently stand, walk, taste, smell, talk, listen, and use hands and arms
  • Ability to occasionally sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crawl, or crouch
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Availability on nights, weekends, and some holidays is required
  • Front and back of house experience preferred
  • Previous food and beverage management experience required
  • Local travel between all three locations is required
  • Coverage of front and back of house shifts required when needed

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to manage multiple locations and lead diverse teams

Job Duties

  • Establish and foster strong working relationships with all stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution of F and B objectives
  • Drive partnerships based on clear communication, measurable outcomes, and accountability
  • Evaluate all aspects of F and B operations, collaborating with property and corporate teams to define and achieve strategic success
  • Ensure property-level F and B strategies align with overall property objectives
  • Review and analyze operational and financial data to ensure top-tier F and B performance
  • Work with property leadership to make informed decisions that optimize operations
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to assess, mentor, develop, retain, and recruit F and B management and staff
  • Provide hands-on support when necessary to address staffing challenges
  • Actively support financial planning efforts, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue modeling, payroll, and cost controls
  • Ensure menu offerings, pricing, and structures are aligned with the F and B strategy and deliver consistent quality
  • Work closely with property-level F and B leadership to ensure compliance with Troon standards in all areas of operations
  • Optimize procurement practices and leverage Troon's partnerships to achieve the best results
  • Actively participate in corporate initiatives, meetings, and project deliverables
  • Collaborate with Troon's corporate F and B team to ensure optimal performance across all areas
  • Provide support for RFHSD project deliverables as required
