The role of Regional Director of Sales at Valet Living is a pivotal leadership position focused on driving revenue growth and expanding the company’s presence in a multi-state region typically covering 4 to 8 states. Compensation for this role includes an on-target earning opportunity (OTE) ranging between $144,000 and $160,000, with a base salary from $90,000 to $100,000 plus uncapped monthly commissions. The position offers a ramp-up guarantee providing monthly income support during the initial period to ease transition into the role. The work environment is remote but requires up to 50% travel within the designated territory to foster client relationships and attend industry events.

Key responsibilities include driving the regional sales strategy, pursuing new business through national and regional collaboration, managing and expanding key accounts, and building executive relationships to position Valet Living as a trusted advisor to clients. The role also involves leading consultative sales engagements, supporting broader sales initiatives, and working cross-functionally with marketing, operations, product development, and customer support teams to ensure seamless execution and high client satisfaction. Staying informed on market trends and competitors is essential for adjusting strategies and capitalizing on new opportunities. Additionally, the Regional Director will lead sales execution, including presentations, proposals, contract negotiations, as well as owning forecasting and reporting to keep leadership updated on pipeline progress.
