We are currently seeking a Regional Director of Operations to lead multiple branch locations and inspire a culture focused on safety, accountability, and continuous process improvement. The Regional Director of Operations will oversee daily branch operations to guarantee consistent execution of company standards and exceptional service delivery. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Sales, Supply Chain, Human Resources, and Finance to align operational goals with broader business objectives.
