Job Description
Brightview Senior Living is a leading provider of senior living communities dedicated to enriching the lives of older adults through compassionate care and exceptional services. With multiple locations across Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, and New York, Brightview has built a reputation for creating supportive, vibrant communities where seniors can thrive in a respectful and nurturing environment. The company prides itself on its commitment to excellence, inclusive culture, and innovative approaches that enhance the quality of life for its residents. Brightview Senior Living offers comprehensive benefits and fosters professional growth for its team members, ensuring they are valued and supported in their roles. This focus on both resident satisfaction and employee development positions Brightview as an employer of choice within the senior living industry.
The role of Regional Dining Services Director at Brightview Senior Living is a dynamic and impactful leadership position. This role requires an individual who can oversee and elevate dining services across multiple Brightview communities, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality culinary experiences that meet the company’s rigorous standards. It involves frequent travel, as the director will be on-site 4 to 5 days a week, working directly with dining teams to provide hands-on assistance, coaching, and training. A significant aspect of this position is the partnership with community leadership and corporate dining services to enhance operational efficiency and resident satisfaction.
As Regional Dining Services Director, the incumbent will be tasked with monitoring dining operations, implementing best practices, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. This leadership role also includes mentoring new dining services directors to promote smooth transitions and sustained excellence across the portfolio. The position balances supervisory responsibilities, although indirect, by overseeing Dining Services Directors in assigned communities and ensuring effective recruitment, training, and performance management practices are in place. The successful candidate will bring a passion for culinary arts combined with strong leadership skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $115,000 per year, excluding bonuses and incentives. Brightview Senior Living offers a rewarding career path with opportunities to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors while advancing one’s professional experience in a supportive environment. The company emphasizes its commitment to diversity and equal opportunity, inviting candidates from all backgrounds to contribute to the mission of delivering excellence in senior living culinary services.
