Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or related field
  • 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in luxury hospitality or multi-unit food and beverage operations
  • senior living or healthcare dining experience strongly preferred
  • prior regional Food and Beverage Director or equivalent experience
  • knowledge of healthcare compliance standards including CMS guidelines
  • ability to operationalize food safety compliance across multiple communities
  • strong business acumen with financial management experience
  • ability to lead teams through regulatory surveys and audits

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or related field
  • advanced degree preferred
  • 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in luxury hospitality or multi-unit food and beverage operations
  • senior living or healthcare dining experience strongly preferred
  • prior regional leadership experience preferred
  • knowledge of healthcare compliance standards including CMS guidelines
  • expertise in culinary innovation and high-touch service delivery
  • strong business acumen managing complex Profit & Loss statements
  • demonstrated ability to lead through regulatory surveys and audits
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Define and champion a compelling food and beverage vision that positions dining as a signature pillar of the resident experience
  • partner with senior and community leadership to align hospitality strategy with brand positioning and market differentiation
  • inspire a culture of anticipatory service reflective of luxury hotel standards
  • establish and refine culinary and service standards through quality assurance and audits
  • lead creation of distinctive dining concepts reflecting culinary trends and wellness nutrition
  • attract, develop, and retain top hospitality talent
  • provide oversight of financial performance balancing elevated experiences with cost management
