Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in luxury hospitality or multi-unit food and beverage operations
- senior living or healthcare dining experience strongly preferred
- prior regional Food and Beverage Director or equivalent experience
- knowledge of healthcare compliance standards including CMS guidelines
- ability to operationalize food safety compliance across multiple communities
- strong business acumen with financial management experience
- ability to lead teams through regulatory surveys and audits
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or related field
- advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in luxury hospitality or multi-unit food and beverage operations
- senior living or healthcare dining experience strongly preferred
- prior regional leadership experience preferred
- knowledge of healthcare compliance standards including CMS guidelines
- expertise in culinary innovation and high-touch service delivery
- strong business acumen managing complex Profit & Loss statements
- demonstrated ability to lead through regulatory surveys and audits
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Define and champion a compelling food and beverage vision that positions dining as a signature pillar of the resident experience
- partner with senior and community leadership to align hospitality strategy with brand positioning and market differentiation
- inspire a culture of anticipatory service reflective of luxury hotel standards
- establish and refine culinary and service standards through quality assurance and audits
- lead creation of distinctive dining concepts reflecting culinary trends and wellness nutrition
- attract, develop, and retain top hospitality talent
- provide oversight of financial performance balancing elevated experiences with cost management
