Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Management experience in healthcare required
  • Experience overseeing multiple sites strongly preferred
  • Ability to travel regularly within the region
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Reliable transportation required
  • Strong leadership abilities
  • Effective communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills

Job Qualifications

  • Management experience in healthcare required
  • Experience overseeing multiple sites or programs strongly preferred
  • Strong financial and operational management skills
  • Ability to travel regularly within the region
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Job Duties

  • Provide leadership and operational oversight for a multi-site region
  • Supervise and support Program Directors and regional teams
  • Drive strategic initiatives aligned with organizational and state goals
  • Ensure quality of care and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, P&L, and cost management
  • Monitor census, referrals, and admissions to meet growth targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with community partners, referral sources, and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, licensing, and company standards
  • Oversee incident management, safety programs, and quality assurance efforts
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition on hiring, onboarding, and retention strategies
  • Support employee development, engagement, and performance management
