- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- Provide leadership and operational oversight for a multi-site region
- Supervise and support Program Directors and regional teams
- Drive strategic initiatives aligned with organizational and state goals
- Ensure quality of care and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, P&L, and cost management
- Monitor census, referrals, and admissions to meet growth targets
- Build and maintain relationships with community partners, referral sources, and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, licensing, and company standards
- Oversee incident management, safety programs, and quality assurance efforts
- Partner with Talent Acquisition on hiring, onboarding, and retention strategies
- Support employee development, engagement, and performance management
