The Culinary Services Support position at NexCare WellBridge is integral to maintaining the highest standards of nutritional service delivery across multiple locations. This role involves traveling to various company sites to ensure that kitchens and dining services operate efficiently and in compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring that all culinary areas are maintained in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner, enhancing the dining experience for residents and supporting the overall mission of the senior living community.

Job Duties

  • Support the Company’s culinary services program in compliance with federal, state, and local standards
  • ensure daily provision of quality nutritional services
  • maintain culinary services departments in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition
  • travel to multiple locations including Grand Rapids, Jackson, and Battle Creek
  • conduct regular inspections of kitchen facilities
  • assist with inventory control and ordering supplies
  • collaborate with culinary staff to improve service quality
