Job Duties
- Support the Company’s culinary services program in compliance with federal, state, and local standards
- ensure daily provision of quality nutritional services
- maintain culinary services departments in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition
- travel to multiple locations including Grand Rapids, Jackson, and Battle Creek
- conduct regular inspections of kitchen facilities
- assist with inventory control and ordering supplies
- collaborate with culinary staff to improve service quality
