Southern Haulers, LLC is a reputable, family-owned trucking company with a rich legacy spanning over 65 years in the transportation industry. Known for operating late model and meticulously maintained equipment, Southern Haulers focuses on safety, efficiency, and professionalism. The company is dedicated to providing excellent services while fostering a supportive work environment where drivers are respected and valued as key members of the team. With a strong emphasis on state-of-the-art safety features and well-maintained vehicles, Southern Haulers has established itself as a leader in regional trucking services, particularly specializing in hauling and dump truck operations.

As a family-owned business, Southern Haulers prides itself on a commitment to employee well-being and career development. The company operates with an open-door policy, ensuring that drivers have direct access to management and ownership, which creates a collaborative and transparent workplace culture. Southern Haulers provides extensive terminal networks equipped with on-site maintenance shops and fuel islands, enabling drivers to maintain peak vehicle performance and operational efficiency. Their network is regional, which means no long out-of-route hauls, allowing drivers to be home every weekend with the flexibility to opt for longer periods on the road to maximize earnings.

Southern Haulers is currently seeking dedicated and professional Regional Class A CDL Dump Drivers. This full-time opportunity offers a competitive weekly pay range from $1,400 to $1,800, depending on attendance, individual performance, and seniority. Drivers in this role benefit from being home every weekend, with options available to stay out longer should they desire to increase their paycheck. The role is ideal for seasoned drivers who are looking for stability, competitive pay, and the benefits of working with an industry-leading company that values their expertise and commitment.

The Regional Class A CDL Dump Driver position involves operating late model tractors and lightweight trailers designed to maximize load payloads. Drivers will enjoy the advantage of advanced safety features on their equipment, a dedicated dispatcher, and 24/7 staffing support. Additional benefits include paid deadhead and detention time, toll and scale pre-passes, and the potential for weekend and holiday pay. With extensive support infrastructure and attractive incentive programs such as performance, safety, and referral bonuses, Southern Haulers offers a robust package that supports both professional and personal growth.

This role requires a Class A CDL with at least one year of recent, verifiable driving experience. Dump truck experience is preferred but not mandatory, making this opportunity accessible to qualified drivers who wish to join a company that invests in their success. The hiring package also includes comprehensive benefits such as a 401(k) with company match, low-cost Anthem Blue Cross Medical benefits, vision and dental insurance, and company-paid life insurance after just 60 days of employment. Southern Haulers stands as an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity and inclusion within its fleet and corporate culture. Overall, this role provides an excellent pathway for professional truck drivers seeking long-term career opportunities with competitive compensation and supportive company culture.
