Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience leading culinary operations at the Culinary Director Corporate Chef Regional Chef or Area Chef level
- 4 plus years leading kitchens at the Executive Chef level
- Strong financial acumen with food cost labor inventory and P&L management
- Comfortable working with inventory and costing systems
- Ability to travel regularly throughout the Southern California market
- Proactive organized and solutions-oriented
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience leading culinary operations at the Culinary Director Corporate Chef Regional Chef or Area Chef level
- 4 plus years leading kitchens at the Executive Chef level
- Strong financial acumen with food cost labor inventory and P&L management
- Comfortable working with inventory and costing systems
- Collaborative leadership style with a low ego and positive attitude
- Passion for coaching and developing future leaders
- Proactive organized and solutions-oriented
- Spanish language skills are a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Support multiple restaurant locations ensuring consistency in execution standards and culture
- Train coach and develop Kitchen Managers and culinary leaders
- Develop execute and uphold SOPs systems and operational best practices
- Collaborate on menu development R&D recipe testing and new initiatives
- Monitor food cost inventory purchasing and ordering processes
- Build strong vendor relationships and secure the best quality and pricing
- Review labor schedules and performance metrics with location leadership
- Support restaurant openings leadership transitions and special projects
- Maintain regular field presence spending time in restaurants based on business needs
