Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • experience as a cook or similar position
  • validated knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety standards
  • must obtain or currently hold food safety certification
  • basic mathematical skills
  • good communication skills
  • ability to meet physical demands including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking and standing

Job Qualifications

  • Experience as a cook or in a related culinary role
  • validated knowledge of food preparation principles and cooking methods
  • knowledge of food safety regulations including handling, sanitation, and storage
  • ability to acquire food safety certification
  • basic math and counting skills
  • strong interpersonal communication skills both written and verbal
  • physical ability to lift, bend, push, pull, walk, and stand for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Follow production instructions and standardized recipes to cook diverse dishes
