Job Requirements
- Valid CDL-A in the state of residence
- Age 21 and over
- 9 months recent or 1-year verifiable CDL-A tractor-trailer experience within last 3 years
- Able to pass D.O.T physical examination and drug screening including hair test
- Able to pass a road test
- No preventable accidents resulting in fatality or rollover within last 3 years
- Twelve points or less on Tyson Evaluations System regarding accidents and moving violations
- No DUI or DWI conviction in commercial or personal vehicle within last 8 years
- No DOT drug or alcohol violation within past 3 years
Job Qualifications
- Valid CDL-A license
- Minimum 9 months recent or 1-year verifiable CDL-A tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical examination and drug screening including hair test
- Ability to pass a road test
- Strong commitment to safety and on-time delivery
- Clean driving record with no preventable accidents resulting in fatality or rollover within last 3 years
- No DUI or DWI convictions within the last 8 years
Job Duties
- Safely transport Tyson Foods products to company facilities, distribution centers, and customer locations
- Operate tractor-trailer combinations while maintaining refrigerated trailer temperature
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customer service
- Uphold high standards of professionalism and reliability on the road
