The company is currently seeking Class-A CDL Regional Drivers to join its team as part of the Amazon Freight Partner Program. These drivers will play a crucial role in maintaining the company’s commitment to exceeding customer expectations by delivering freight safely and on time. Employment with Pioneer Transportation is as a W2 employee offering competitive pay starting at $22 per hour plus benefits. Drivers work primarily regional shifts of 3 to 4 days per week, with consistent weekly schedules that may include afternoon, overnight, evening, weekday, and weekend shifts. Night and weekend availability is a requirement, providing a structured but flexible schedule that accommodates home time after every two-day shift. The work involves running regional routes typically lasting 13 to 14 hours out, followed by a 10-hour break, and then 13 to 14 hours back.
