The company is actively seeking Class-A CDL regional drivers for their Amazon Freight Partner program. This opportunity is ideal for professional drivers who value consistent weekly schedules that include afternoon, overnight, evening shifts, weekdays, and weekends, with mandatory nights and weekends shifts to optimize route efficiency and customer service. Drivers working with Pioneer Transportation will be directly employed by the company rather than Amazon, allowing for a close-knit team environment supported by competitive wages and an excellent benefits package. This role is designed for motivated and enthusiastic drivers who possess a minimum of two years of trucking experience, specifically at least one year operating a tractor-trailer. The drivers will run regional routes typically consisting of 13 to 14 hours out, followed by a 10-hour break, then 13 to 14 hours back. Pioneer Transportation offers a minimum of 39 work hours weekly spread across 3 to 4 days per week, with opportunities for overtime and additional shifts based on performance.
