Job Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- 6+ months CDL-A driving experience
- no experience required for certain local positions in Normal, IL
- ability to pass background and drug screenings
- legal authorization to work in the United States
- commitment to company policies and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- minimum of 6 months experience in CDL-A driving
- ability to select pay structure based on experience
- knowledge of local and regional routes is advantageous but not required
- strong commitment to safety and efficient driving practices
- dependable communication skills with dispatch and management
Job Duties
- Operate commercial Class A vehicles safely and efficiently
- adhere to assigned dedicated routes ensuring timely delivery
- manage 100% no-touch freight handling with dry van trailers
- comply with all federal and state transportation regulations
- communicate regularly with dispatch team to report progress and resolve issues
- maintain vehicle condition through routine inspections and reporting
- participate in safety and performance incentive programs
