The company supports a balanced work culture by encouraging career growth, offering extensive training opportunities, and promoting workplace flexibility.
The role of Regional Broker Manager at Colonial Life is a pivotal position designed to drive the growth of broker-influenced sales within assigned territories. This role is instrumental in expanding Colonial Life’s commercial and public sector market segments by acquiring new clients and fostering growth with existing clients. The manager will collaborate closely with local leadership and the Colonial Life career agency distribution channel to achieve sales targets and enhance broker engagement.
A key component of the Regional Broker Manager’s responsibilities is to increase profitable sales and the number of new clients via insurance brokers.
