The Regional Barista Trainer will travel frequently between locations to provide hands-on training, coaching, and skill development for baristas.

In this influential role, the trainer will lead the onboarding of new hires and guide ongoing development to build a highly skilled, knowledgeable, and motivated team. Technical skills training will include espresso dialing, latte art, and precise drink execution. Beyond technical abilities, the trainer will coach teams on hospitality and guest experience standards, ensuring consistency and excellence. This role also involves supporting the introduction of new seasonal drink menus through hands-on training and the creation of comprehensive training materials.

The Regional Barista Trainer will be integral in developing and maintaining training guides and resources that uphold Pressed Cafe's quality standards. Collaborating closely with the Lead Cafe Trainer, the individual will contribute to beverage menu development while partnering with management to identify evolving training needs and celebrate staff successes. This position requires excellent communication, patience, adaptability, and motivational skills to foster a positive learning environment and promote continual growth among team members.
