Currently, Hyatt is searching for a Concierge to join their dedicated and vibrant team. This position is dynamic and involves working both at the Front Desk and in the exclusive Regency Club lounge, offering a unique chance to interact with guests in a variety of settings. The Concierge serves as a vital point of contact, warmly welcoming guests upon arrival, assisting with check-ins and check-outs, and offering personalized concierge services to elevate the guest experience. In the front desk role, you will be responsible for standard duties such as managing room assignments, processing payments, and responding to guest inquiries, all while ensuring each interaction is delivered with care and professionalism.
In the Regency Club lounge, the Concierge shifts to a more relaxed and refined role, maintaining a welcoming environment where guests can unwind. Responsibilities include providing attentive food and beverage service, ensuring the cleanliness and ambiance of the lounge, and assisting guests with reservations, local dining or entertainment recommendations, and accommodating special requests. This position demands the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment while demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and adaptability. The Concierge role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about hospitality, enjoy building sincere guest relationships, and take pride in crafting personalized, memorable experiences.
Hyatt values associates who exhibit excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong desire to satisfy the needs of guests in a caring, guest-centric environment. Previous experience in front desk, concierge, or customer service roles is preferred, as is familiarity with hotel property management systems. The role requires a professional appearance and demeanor, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a flexible approach to working various shifts, including weekends, evenings, mornings, and holidays.
