Ushers play a critical role in maintaining auditorium order and cleanliness, assisting guests, enforcing MPAA ratings, and conducting inspections to uphold picture and sound quality. Beyond these duties, all team members contribute to opening and closing operations and participate in ongoing training programs to meet company standards. The role offers a competitive pay scale starting at $16.50 per hour and provides valuable benefits such as free movie passes, discounted concessions, and eligibility for a 401(k) retirement plan with a company match after meeting certain tenure and age requirements.

Employees must demonstrate strong communication skills, effective problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to perform physical tasks including standing, lifting up to 60 pounds, and navigating theater spaces.
