Job Requirements
- Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion
- Completion of legally required state or local alcohol service training if applicable
- Good public speaking skills and ability to respond clearly
- Ability to perform accurate calculations and identify errors
- Strong problem solving and decision making abilities
- Excellent communication skills with customers co workers and management
- Ability to meet physical demands of standing walking lifting and reaching

Job Duties
- Operating POS system including handling cash drawer credit cards travelers checks gift cards and redeemed discount tickets passes and coupons
- Up selling or suggestive selling of premium viewing experiences such as 3D RPX IMAX
- Promoting the Regal Crown Club program
- Ensuring tickets are sold in accordance with MPAA rating system and company policy
- Responding to phone calls and guest inquiries in line with guest service philosophy
- Operating preparing and cleaning concession related equipment
- Complying with local state and federal food safety laws
