The role of bartender at Regal Cinemas is a vital position within the concessions team, tasked with providing fast, friendly, and high-quality service in a clean and efficient environment. This part-time or full-time position requires individuals to be of legal age to serve and sell alcoholic beverages and to comply fully with all state and local alcohol service laws. The bartender will engage with guests directly, ensuring their experience is enjoyable while adhering to company policies and legal requirements.
Bartenders at Regal are responsible for preparing alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards, maintaining cleanliness and organization of their work area and equipment, and handling all monetary transactions with accuracy. This role necessitates knowledge of promotional programs like the Crown Club Program, coupons, and special offers to drive sales and enhance guest satisfaction. The company supports cast member growth through its certification programs and continual skill development opportunities. Beyond a focus on service, bartenders contribute to a positive and safe environment by following dress codes and respecting break and meal period laws. Employees must be dependable with regular attendance and proactive in reading and understanding training materials, including those on topics like sexual harassment and discrimination.
