The Reg Op/Barista position at Verve Coffee Roasters is a non-exempt role reporting directly to the Café Manager. This role is central to delivering the Verve coffee experience, ensuring that customers are greeted warmly, served accurately, and enjoy a welcoming cafe environment. The Reg Op/Barista is responsible for taking customer orders using the Toast Point of Sale system, assisting baristas by preparing drinks, maintaining cleanliness in the cafe both front and back areas, and adhering to cash handling protocols to contribute to store profitability.
