The Refreshments Operator position at Aramark involves delivering exceptional customer service by ensuring their customers’ products are fully stocked and equipment remains in optimal working condition. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- 1-2 years of customer service or interpersonal experience
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to work independently
- Physical ability to lift up to 50lb
- Willingness to travel to multiple locations on short notice
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Job Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a position requiring interpersonal skills and customer service skills

Job Duties
- Unload and stock daily inventory at customer site ensuring freshness of products by monitoring date codes
- Manage the ordering delivery and stocking of items at client location
- Communicate with customer's employees about new product interest
- Use a laptop computer to manage stocking PAR levels product orders and client invoicing
- Perform repairs to best of ability
- Call in orders and service calls to head office
- Distribute promotional materials and merchandise complete product line
- Clean equipment and exchange decanters on each visit
- Communicate with Route Sales Manager or General Manager regarding customers and reports on pending problems or on evidence of competitors in customer locations
- Establish and maintain a good working relationship and liaison with customers to project a positive image of the company and product
