Job Requirements
- Minimum age to serve alcohol in California
- Food Handler Card and RBS Certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to carry trays up to 25 pounds
- Flexible schedule with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous experience in cocktail or upscale food and beverage service preferred
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wine service preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Provide attentive, courteous, and professional cocktail and food service to guests
- Possess thorough knowledge of cocktail menus, wine, beer, spirits, and food offerings
- Accurately enter orders into the POS system and process guest payments
- Monitor guest needs and anticipate service opportunities throughout the dining experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned service areas
- Ensure all beverages are served responsibly in accordance with California alcohol service laws
- Communicate effectively with bartenders, hosts, kitchen staff, and leadership to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned
- Maintain a polished appearance and professional demeanor at all times
- Follow all hotel policies, health and safety standards, and departmental procedures
