This role involves crafting effective media campaigns using print, radio, television, posters, and flyers to optimize applicant flow. Maintaining accurate records and adhering to company policies, including ethical recruitment standards and safety procedures, is critical. This position requires a minimum of a high school diploma or GED, along with at least two years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
