The company is currently seeking a dedicated Security Officer Recruiter at its Foster City location. This role is integral to Securitas' operations as it focuses on recruiting qualified Security Officers through various channels including job fairs, community organizations, advocacy groups, military transition centers, and educational institutions. The compensation for this position is competitive, offering a pay rate of $28 per hour. The Security Officer Recruiter will develop and maintain effective recruitment pipelines by cultivating ongoing relationships with potential candidate sources and coordinating media campaigns. The recruiter will conduct initial candidate interviews, evaluate applicants' work history and qualifications, and match them with appropriate job opportunities. This position demands a thorough understanding of recruiting methods and regulations, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment activities efficiently.

The role also entails being the liaison between candidates and branch offices, ensuring that applicants are well-informed of job responsibilities, company policies, compensation, and benefits. The recruiter will maintain meticulous records regarding applicants and must exemplify professionalism and ethics consistent with company standards.
