Responsibilities also include promoting programs and managing marketing efforts, utilizing social media platforms and collaborating with the Marketing and Communication Manager for larger campaigns. The role requires maintaining facilities and equipment inventories, overseeing scheduling, managing payroll records, and ensuring compliance with park and recreation rules and safety standards. The Recreation Supervisor will also coordinate volunteers, develop recreational curricula, and occasionally teach programs.

Compensation for this full-time role starts at $39,227 annually and comes with a comprehensive benefits package. Benefits include 12 paid holidays, two personal days, vacation and sick leave, tuition reimbursement, health, dental, vision, and life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, flexible spending accounts, employee assistance programs, and participation in the Missouri Retirement System (LAGERS).
