Job Description
Mystic Creek Golf Course & Banquet Center in Milford, Michigan 48380 is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Food & Beverage Coordinator to join their team. The primary focus of this position is to coordinate food production and timing for banquets and events, ensuring quality and quantity control while maintaining kitchen cleanliness and inventory organization.
Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
- part-time position requiring evening, weekend, and holiday availability
- ability to work a seven-day operation schedule
- must be available for on-call event-related schedule during the offseason
- knowledge of food preparation techniques
- ability to operate kitchen equipment and maintain food sanitation standards
