The position of Recreation Lead at KOA is a dynamic and highly visible role focused on enhancing the guest experience through engaging and well-organized recreational activities. Reporting to the designated Supervisor and General Manager, the Recreation Lead plans, organizes, executes, and leads a variety of activities designed to appeal to guests of all ages, including arts and crafts, sports, games, dramatics, music, social events, hobbies, and themed weekends. This role is essential in promoting a fun, safe, and inclusive environment that encourages participation and fosters guest satisfaction.

The ideal Recreation Lead is an outgoing and enthusiastic leader who genuinely enjoys working with people. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills are crucial, as the role demands frequent interaction with guests and team members.
