The Pool Deck & Beach Guest Service Host/Hostess role at Aulani focuses on maintaining poolside cabanas and providing excellent guest service at several pool locations throughout the resort. You will act as a positive ambassador of the resort, greeting guests warmly, answering their questions, providing directions, and promoting adherence to safety rules and guidelines around the pool and beach areas. This position involves working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions, which includes exposure to extreme temperatures and high humidity.

Successful candidates must be proficient in both English and Japanese languages and possess strong verbal communication skills to engage effectively with guests, team members, and management.
