Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Recreation Administration or related field
- Minimum one year experience in recreation program development
- Valid Texas Class C driver’s license
- Current American Red Cross CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to Plano’s SERVE values
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Recreation Administration or related field
- At least one year of experience in developing and implementing recreation programs
- Knowledge of recreational swim teams
- American Red Cross-issued CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications
- Texas Class C driver’s license
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work with diverse populations
Job Duties
- Coordinate special events and adult programming
- Develop and implement recreation programs
- Provide excellent customer service to City of Plano patrons
- Collaborate with diverse populations
- Support recreational swim team activities
- Maintain safety standards including CPR, AED, and First Aid compliance
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment
